I was at the final stages of doing a PHD. The Viva was passed and I was working on the amendments that the examiners wanted.

I was dreading formatting the work as I had not the I.T. skills for the same

Extremely professional service and exceeded all expectations

Working full-time, moving house, building a relationships and taking on a Masters part-time all left me very time poor. With this lack of time I pumped my efforts into my research, while not paying full attention to proofreading or formatting. When I eventually finished and got a final draft, my anxiety began to rise because now I was faced with the mammoth task of proofreading and formatting this monster. Came to Bill before Christmas with an absolute disaster of a thesis. He spent most of his time calming me down and actually made me believe I could finish the thesis. And I did! I can't thank him enough for all his help. He is meticulous in his proofreading and editing. Went in hoping for a bare pass and came out with 1.1.
